One evening after reading about the Lemp Mansion and a monument in Calvary Cemetery we decided to take a little ride through St. Louis City.
We started out by driving up Calvary Avenue in hopes of seeing the ghost that haunts the street and seeing the "weeping angel" in Calvary Cemetery move and look at us. We had no luck there. We continued south into the city and came to the Lemp Mansion we drove by and while going around the block a black cat crossed in front of the car which at the time kind of creeped me out. Call me superstitious, but I have never liked the whole theory of a black cat crossing your path especially under the circumstances that we were out taking a "ghostly adventure"!
We parked in the lot of the Lemp Mansion and took this photo. It was of course after dark and didn't come out real well, but the only editing I did to this photo was to lighten it with Photoshop. The photo was actually taken by my 16 yr old daughter Kayla, who was with us that night. She was excited and wanted to take the picture for us!
As you can see in the picture there is what looks like several orbs. Our camera was clean and it was a very cold night with no wind, so I'm quite sure it could not have been dust particles.
I have a major fascination with the Lemp Mansion and it's history. When I am reading about the history of the mansion or when we drive by it I feel somehow drawn to it, and it's like I can't get enough of learning about the Lemps and the mansion itself. My Fiancee and I are planning to actually visit and dine at the Lemp Mansion in the future. After reading and hearing of all the tales that this Mystiourous Haunted Mansion holds, I am truly excited and hoping for a supernatural encounter!

Hi, I have my story, too, but I can't support it with photos. :(
